Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature with a guided outdoor yoga session at Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge. This all-levels class will blend gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques while surrounded by the sights and sounds of the natural world.
Led by a certified yoga instructor, Ruth Shewan, this session will help you connect with your body, mind, and the environment in a serene and inspiring setting. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, this class offers a peaceful way to unwind, reduce stress, and deepen your appreciation for the refuge’s beauty. Please arrive a little early for set up. This program is free and open to all!

What to Bring: This program is held entirely outdoors. Dress for the weather and in comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or flat towel/cloth to spread on the ground, water and bug repellent.
