About Emma Tyme

Emma Tyme is a singer-songwriter from a farm in Birdsall, just a few miles over the hill from Swain Ski Resort. While she primarily performs throughout Allegany and Steuben County, Emma’s music has taken her to music school in Ithaca, to the island of Port Townsend in Washington State, to the streets of New Orleans, and even as far as the city of Barcelona, Spain. Emma’s vocal, guitar, and piano stylings have been compared to those of Norah Jones, Regina Spektor, Carol King, and Bonnie Raitt, though her music is unique, being strongly influenced by her life on the farm and her love for the rural communities of New York State’s Southern Tier.
