Changing Seasons Weekend | Genesee Country Village & Museum

With the coming of November begin preparations for the cold months ahead! See the agricultural tasks at hand and the preservation of food for the winter happening in our Historic Village. Explore some of our favorite historic buildings open during fall weekends: Hetchler House and the Pioneer Farm, Jones Farm, Hosmer’s Inn, Hamilton House, Hyde House, and the Blacksmith’s Shop.

 

Explore a new exhibit in the John L. Wehle Gallery – Becoming Gendered: Garment as Gender Artifact. Plus, our Nature Center and 5+ miles of trails will be open for fall hikes and outdoor explorations. Shop seasonal favorites in the Flint Hill Store, and swing by the Freight House Pub to recharge and relax with a historical craft beverage and snack. Don’t miss this!
