• Kale Caesar Salad – Toasted chickpeas, house-made dressing, roasted beet gel

Main Course (Choose One):

• Sea Bass – Local mushrooms, carrot vadouvan, shaved Brussels sprouts
• Braised Short Rib – Creamy polenta, roasted root vegetables, gremolata
• Local Mushroom Risotto – Roasted beet gel, micro salad (vegan)

• Molten Chocolate Espresso Cake – Amarena cherries, Chantilly
