Architecture Destroyed Program– Sat. Nov. 16 at 4pm
Join us on Saturday, November 16 at 4pm when local historian and author Bill Lattin and Cobblestone Museum director Doug Farley look back at dozens of architectural treasures in Orleans County history that succumbed to the wrecking ball. Bill recently republished his book on this same topic and added several new structures that were destroyed over the last few decades.

This narrated slide show is presented in “before and after” style with photographs of the original architecture along with what each of the sites looks like today. Bill will be happy to sign copies of his book which will be available for purchase at the event.

This free program will be presented in the Cobblestone Church on Saturday, November 16 at 4pm. Free-will donations are always appreciated. Following the program, you can continue the discussion of this topic with Bill and Doug at neighboring Tavern on the Ridge (formerly The Village Inn) for dinner on your own. Please RSVP for either the program and/or dinner by calling the Museum at (585) 589-9013 or on the website.
