Join Arc GLOW's 2023 Friends and Family 5K Sept. 16 at our Arc Day Habilitation Center, 4603 Barrville Road in Elba.

Register/pay by Sept. 7 to be guaranteed a 2023 Friends and Family 5K t-shirt. Prizes for the 5K category are awarded for overall male/female and first and second place in all age categories. There will also be Cookie Awards from Case-Nic Cookies of Medina!

Don't forget to stay after for the post party which will include music, food, kids' activities and Taste of Country!

Check-in begins at 8:45 a.m. Sept. 16. The 5K and fun walk begins at 10 a.m.
